The John S. Martinez Scholarship Program is designed to support young leaders.

The John S. Martinez Scholarship Program is generously funded by the National Hispanic Caucus of State Legislatures in memory of Connecticut State Representative John S. Martinez. Representative John S. Martinez was the Deputy Majority Leader serving New Haven’s 95th Assembly District. He served as president of the National Hispanic Caucus of State Legislators for two years.
